The payment on the Beatjoint website is managed by HSBC. In effort of ensuring the highest degree of safety, Beatjoint has therefore decided not to store any payment information.

DOWNLOADING YOUR ORDER

- How do I download the tracks and albums that I ordered?
Upon confirmation and acceptance of your order, make sure that you are logged in with your login name and password. Your downloads will then be available in the section titled "YOUR DOWNLOAD(S)", then click on the "DOWNLOAD" button beside each title to retrieve each file.
WARNING : you have 72 hours to retrieve your order, beyond this period the links will disappear.

- Where will the downloaded music files appear on my computer?
By default, your downloads will appear in a folder on your desktop. You can always reset your preferences in your computer to choose where you want to download your files.

- How can I change my personal informations?
Once you are logged in, you can always edit your personal information (e-mail address, password, name, country, etc…), on the section called " YOUR ACCOUNT ".

- How do I get access to my playlist?
Make sure you are logged in, click on " YOUR PLAYLIST ", and you will have access to all the songs you playlisted in order to listen, and buy.

- What is the format and specifications of tracks offered on Beatjoint?
In order to provide an exceptional sound quality we offer all our tracks and albums in MP3 320 kbps. We also offer a portion of our catalog in WAV format. Our headlines are without DRM (digital right management), compatible with any types of numerical apparatus (MP3 player, iPod...), and can be read by all types of software and music libraries (Windows Media Player, iTunes, Serato, Final Scratch...)

- Who can I contact in the event of a problem regarding downloads?

According to agreements between the labels and Beatjoint, we are compelled not to sell some part of our catalogue in specific countries. After validating your cart, you will be informed in the page "Order Confirmation" of the status of your cart with the countries specifications. You will also firnd some products marked "NOT AVAILABLE FOR YOUR REGION".
