Wicked Game, written and recorded by Chris Isaak, charted top 10 in 1990 and went Gold, is one most instantly recognizable records of its kind. The sadly smoldering ballad is beautifully and sensitively covered, slowing down the delivery to suit Jasmines sultry voice. Bassboosas version has been the most requested song on KNRK radio in the U.S. The band recently returned from a hugely successful tour of America taking in venues from Phoenix, San Diego, Las Vegas, Seattle, San Francisco, and also a performance at the prestigious Musexpo in Los Angeles. Bassboosa are regularly picked for the A & R Worldwide tip for the top, and the Wicked Game video was also recently featured as video of the month. When Girls Alouds management and production team heard Bassboosas version of Wicked Game, they immediately wanted to re-create the song themselves using most of Tims musical backing track, and Jasmines take on the lead vocal line. Tim was also the musical choreographer for Chris Evans and Terry Wogans recent Radio 2 television adverts. Chris Evans played the track on his Radio 2 drivetime show, which prompted a barrage of phone calls and emails to the station to find out more about the band and request it be played again!
